Delivery times are typically next day or 3-5 working days depending on which store you purchase from. Many also offer a collection service from your nearest store.

We recommend checking with the store you have purchased from but many offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

As you won’t be purchasing directly through our store, you will only receive a confirmation email from the company you have purchased from. For example, B&Q or Homebase. If you do not receive a confirmation email straight away, we recommend checking your spam folder.
